About DrkArts

C. Watson established DrkArts (pronounced “dark arts”) to produce striking imagery focused on

two broad themes:

•   First, portraits that place the beauty of the black phenotype at the centre of art’s gaze; and     

•    Second, ethereal cityscapes, places and subjects      

DrkArts is assertive and unorthodox and, as such, it rejects traditional artistic themes and methods. 

There are no  bright yellow sunflowers here!
